The Madrid is located within a quick drive of LAX, and it has easy highway access, including the 405, 105, and 10 freeways. We are located on the edge between Westchester and Inglewood, and Santa Monica, Culver City, and Manhattan Beach are all nearby.

2-Bedroom Apartment Floor Plans

Our 2-bedroom apartments are designed with contemporary living in mind. We have 3 layouts, one of which is 2-bedroom/2-bathroom. This one is perfect for sharing with a roommate. The other two layouts are 2-bedroom/1.5 bathroom. These are perfect for hosting guests. Our apartments are sunny with generously sized-windows and have an open floor plan.

Walk-In Closets

All our 2-bedroom layouts have walk-in closets. Two layouts have their walk-in closets in the master bedroom (Barcelona and Toledo), and the last one (Malaga) has it in the hallway for extra storage.

Balcony

Our Barcelona unit has a special feature: a balcony (or, if you’re on the first floor, a patio). Big enough to put out a small table and chairs, our residents love using their balcony for displaying plants, having dinner in our beautiful year-round weather, and impressing guests.

Roomy Bathrooms

Our two-bedroom apartments have roomy bathrooms with deep tubs and large, useful mirrors hanging over the sinks. Some layouts even have some extra under-sink storage to make efficient use of every square foot. These features upgrade the bathroom into a spa experience.
